Sample/Prototype Development Charges:

Samples are charged at 1.5 times the quoted FOB sales prices per Each Article or style. This charge is levied in order to amortize the additional costs involved in the manufacture of Small pre-production runs, and also helps to cover extraneous costs. All Courier and shipping costs of samples are paid by the customer. If customer has an Account in DHL, FedEx or UPS, he can request for samples by providing Import Account No: & We charge only FOB Prices.

All newly designed, initial style development prototypes, and counter samples will charged as per Design of the product.

Minimum Order Quantity:

The minimum order quantity per each style is 100 Pieces. (Negotiable), we try to be very flexible according to the demand of the customer.

Lead Times:

Our Normal/ average delivery time for an order of 1000 to 20,000 Pieces is 45 To 60 Days. However, during the peak season it could spread 60 to 80 days.


In order to adjust changes in material costs, exchange rates, and other market factors that can effect the costs of the products, all price quotations will only valid for 2 Months from the date of Presentation to the customer.

If order is not confirmed (With initial Payment) within 2 Months period, then the updated prices will be re-quoted to the customer.

Terms of Payment:

Payment for samples and other amounts which are not more than US $ 2000 and not less then $US 500.00 should be wired by Telegraphic transfer (T/T) to our Bank Account.

Our second method of payment is Irrevocable L/C at Sight opened at any recognized bank. Note that this method is only allowed for bulk orders.

Other Terms & Condition:

The Following terms and conditions have been written for the benefit of both parties and is a formal agreement between Al-Ramzan tools International and all of our customers. Therefore these should be fully acknowledged and accepted by customer before entering into any transaction with Al-Ramzan.

1. A standard allowance of +/- 5% difference from the total ordered quantity will be allowed for all orders, to account for any unforeseen loss, material damages or over production to cover uncertainty.

2. All Claims, Returns and requests for refund must be advised to Al-Ramzan via formal written notification within no later than 2 Weeks after Receipt of goods. Goods must be return in like new condition.

3. All cases involve late deliveries, which may require Air-Freight shipments to be made, shall be treated on a case by case basis. The Delay of the shipment may or may not be the result of a direct error committed by

Al-Ramzan tools International.

We will not be held liable for paying any costs involving late shipments due to: Acts of God, Natural disasters, Political Unrest, accidents, catastrophes, etc.
